How It Works

Few steps to earn Arrture Points with your online purchase in Arrture Mall.

  1. Log in to your Arrture Account via Arrture Website or Arrture APP.
  2. Check out our Arrture Mall and find a merchant you’d like to make a purchase. Simply click “Shop Now” and you will be directed to merchant site. Please note that cookies must be enabled at this stage.
  3. Select your desired goods/services and complete the purchase at merchant’s site as you usually would.
  4. We will track your eligible purchase automatically via cookies and calculate how many Arrture Points you will earn.
  5. Your transaction record with eligible Arrture Points will appear as “Pending” status in your Arrture Mall History after purchase is completed.
  6. We will confirm the purchase with the merchant before updating the purchase status to 'Approved'. This could take up to 90 days and is subject to the merchant's Terms & Conditions. Note that bookings with travel merchants can only be confirmed and validated after completion of travel or stay.
  7. For “Approved” status record, Arrture points will be credited into your Arrture Account within 14 working days. Any claim for missing Arrture Points on particular transaction must be made to us in writing within 30 days from “Approved” status.
