1.1 How to purchase on Arrture Mall?

You must be an Arrture Member to access the Arrture Mall via Arrture App or Arrture Official Website. Registration is easy and free, you will get your Arrture Membership Id number instantly to enjoy your shopping in Arrture Mall. Please go to www.arrture.com to register.

1.2 Do I need to join Arrture Loyalty Programme to earn points when I purchase through Arrture Mall?

Yes, you must be an Arrture Member. You can earn Arrture points by logging in via Arrture App or Arrture Official website and also by clicking through to the merchant’s site from Arrture Mall.

1.3 Can I purchase from Arrture Mall if I am not an Arrture member?

No. This is an exclusive offer for our Arrture Members only.

Earn Arrture Points

2.1 How do I start shopping and earning Arrture Points?

You must login to your Arrture Account in Arrture App or Arrture Official website and select “Arrture Mall” to place a purchase. Once on Arrture Mall, you can choose a desired merchant and tap the ‘Shop Now’ button to be taken to the merchant's site. You must always return to Arrture Mall to select the merchant you wish to shop with, as this ensures that any purchase you make is tracked back to your Arrture account.

2.2 Is it pricier to purchase on Arrture Mall?

No. It’s the same price as shopping directly with the merchants (so you won’t miss out on any of their special offers). However, by using our site you can earn Arrture Points on every purchase (excluding the purchase of gift vouchers, taxes, VAT and/or delivery charges).

2.3 Will Arrture Mall affects my benefits if I’m already a member of the merchant’s loyalty programme? Can I earn Arrture Points via Arrture Mall and login again as merchant’s loyalty programme member when I reach their site?

Yes, you will still get your Arrture Points but we would advise that you don’t purchase any items if you have previously saved them to your basket during your last visit to the merchant’s website – this could affect receiving your Arrture Points. It’s best to start your shopping basket from scratch. The purchase journey needs to start with Arrture Mall to ensure that the purchase is tracked back to us.

2.4 How do I know how many Arrture Points I will earn?

Arrture Mall will clearly outline how many Arrture Points you'll earn. In most cases, this will be expressed as a number of Arrture Points earned per USD$1 spent at the merchant. If a merchant is offering 5 points per USD$1 spent, and your purchase total is USD$50 (excluding tax and shipping), you can expect to earn 250 points. Other merchants may offer a certain number of points for a single purchase, or by registering for a service with that merchant. In this instance, you'll receive points for that one action, but not for subsequent actions or purchases on that merchant's site.
Note that Arrture Points are rewarded in whole numbers only. Decimal digits will be dropped in the reward calculation.

2.5 Will I earn Arrture Points for postage/handling or tax included in my purchase?

No. Postage/handling fees or tax paid for all purchase (if applicable) are not eligible for points accrual.

2.6 Can I see my Arrture Points immediately in my account?

When you place a purchase from a merchant, the purchase will appear in your Arrture History as 'Pending'. We'll confirm the purchase with the merchant before updating the purchase status to 'Approved'. This could take up to 90 days and is subject to the merchant's Terms & Conditions. Note that bookings with travel merchants can only be confirmed and validated after completion of travel or stay. Once 'Approved', the Arrture Points will be credited to your Arrture account within 14 working days.

2.7 Why do I earn more Arrture Points with some merchants than with others?

Arrture will not have any control as Merchants decide the amount of points given for shopping with them.

2.8 Why have I earned more or less Arrture Points with the same merchant?

Amount of points can go up or down, but the current rate is always displayed on Arrture Mall so remember to look at the current rate to know what to expect.

2.9 I have logged into the Arrture App/Official Website and purchased from a merchant via the Arrture Mall, but my purchase record is not showing up in my Arrture Mall History?

It takes up to 7 working days for a purchase to display as 'Pending'. It may be that the browser used at the time of purchase had cookies disabled. Cookies allow us to track your purchase - without them there's no way for the system to allocate Arrture Points to your Account. Arrture App will only direct you to the merchant website if the cookies is enabled. If you'd like help figuring out what's happened, contact us. Note that any claim for missing Arrture Points must be made to us within 30 days of your transaction record in “Approved” status.

2.10 My cookies are enabled but my purchases still aren't showing up in my Arrture Mall History?

Here are some best practice guidelines to help make sure you receive your miles (points?):
  • Make sure you are logged into your Arrture account to visit Arrture Mall in the Arrture App or Arrture Official website.
  • Complete your purchase online, all in one session.
  • If you decide after check out that you want to purchase something else, close the merchant site window and start the process again from Arrture Mall.
  • Don't retrieve previously saved items in your shopping cart; start completely from scratch.
  • Don't click on another banner or website promoting the merchant before you complete your purchase. If you must visit another site before completing your purchase, please use a different browser to do so. Interrupting the browser session that started from Arrture Mall can affect the tracking of the purchase and therefore the points to be earned.
  • Telephoning the merchant to complete or modify your order will likely over-ride the Arrture Mall referral (and therefore affect the crediting of your points).
  • Increasingly some advert blocking software programs prevent the special tracking codes we need to track your purchases, please disable such programs before using Arrture Mall.

Note that any claim for missing Arrture Points must be made to us within 30 days of your transaction record in “Approved” status.

2.11 I forgot to log in as an Arrture Member before purchasing items/services on the merchant’s website, can I still earn Arrture points?

We're unable to retrospectively allocate points. Please ensure that you have logged in to your Arrture account via Arrture App or Arrture Official website to access the merchant via Arrture Mall next time you shop so that cookies can track your visit and we can then allocate Arrture Points for your purchases.

2.12 I have my favorite merchant which is not on the list, any chance to have this merchant added?

We are constantly updating the merchant list to enhance our Arrture Members’ experience. Let us know if you wish to see your favorite shops or services in our merchant list.

2.13 Why have my Arrture Points been cancelled?

Arrture Points can be rejected for a number of reasons. The most common are: You have returned the products you purchased to the merchant Your payment failed or you didn't meet the requirements of the merchant's credit check Your last click with this merchant didn't come from the Arrture Mall Your purchase didn't meet the merchant's Terms and Conditions

2.14 Will there be any notification once the Arrture Points have been credited to my Arrture Account?

You will received an automated email once the Arrture Points have been successfully credited to your Arrture account.

2.15 Can Arrture track my credit card details to retrospectively allocate points to my Arrture Account?

We use cookies to track all purchase records where personal details like credit card is not the factor for us to allocate the points to your Arrture Account.

Using Arrture Points

3.1 Can I use my Arrture Points to redeem the services/products listed in Arrture Mall?

All products/services listed in merchants’ website are not redeemable with Arrture Points unless the products/services is listed in the Arrture Redemption Marketplace.

3.2 Can I exchange my Arrture Points for cash?

No. Arrture Points are not exchangeable for cash.

3.3 Do Arrture points in my account ever expire?

Your Arrture Points would be valid for 3 years from the purchase date.

My purchase

4.1 Where can I view my purchase record?

You can view your record by clicking “Arrture Mall History”. The Points status include the following:
  • A. Pending-Eligible Arrture Points by placing purchase via Arrture Mall and awaits Merchant to reconfirm.
  • B. Approved-Eligible Arrture Points by placing purchase via Arrture Mall and will be credited to member’s account within 14 working days.
  • C. Rejected-Ineligible Arrture Points by placing purchase via Arrture Mall but did not meet the Terms and Conditions by the merchant. Details refer to < Earn Arrture Points 2.14 >.

4.2 Can I view my past purchase history with Arrture Mall?

You may view all your purchase whether they are “Pending”, “Approved” or “Rejected” in your Arrture App or Arrture Official website under the Arrture Mall selection.

4.3 What happens if I cancel a purchase I've made or want a refund?

You can cancel the purchases and get refunded depending on the merchant’s Terms and Conditions which you have to raise such request directly to the merchant. Arrture Points for that particular purchase will not be credited and displayed as “Rejected” in your Arrture Mall History.

4.4 I have placed a claim for my missing points, how long can I expect to wait for my Arrture Points to appear on my Arrture Account?

We will acknowledge all missing points request within 2 working days and verify the claim as soon as possible.
  • If the claim is valid and tracked purchase, we will reconfirm with the merchant and upload the purchase within 7 working days. Credit of points will then go through the normal flow.
  • If the claim is valid and untracked purchase, we will track the sales again and send the purchase acknowledgement email to you within 60 working days. Credit of points will then go through the normal flow.
  • If the claim is invalid, we will provide the reasons within 60 working days.

Delivery

5.1 Where will Arrture Mall merchants deliver?

You will need to check with each individual merchant for full details of their delivery options.
If you select from the Regions in the drop-down box, you will be shown merchants from that region. Additional information pertaining to the delivery locations covered by the merchant is shown in the Purchase conditions on the merchant detail page. Merchants do change their delivery locations from time to time, and we recommend that you do a final check prior to placing an order to ensure that the merchant accepts your preferred delivery market.

5.2 I am not satisfied with the goods purchased, how do I refund / exchange the goods?

Your customer/merchant relationship is the same if you purchase the item through the merchant’s site or Arrture Mall. As such, Arrture Mall will not be able to assist with the handling of refunds and exchanges with the merchant on the member’s behalf. It would be best to check the terms and conditions on returning / exchanging items which should be found on the merchant’s site. Please note that the Arrture Points of that particular purchase will not be accrued to your Arrture account if the product was returned to the merchant or for sales cancelled.

5.3 I am not satisfied with the services provided by the merchant, how do I raise request for a refund?

Your customer/merchant relationship is the same if you purchase the service through the merchant’s site or Arrture Mall. As such, Arrture Mall will not be able to assist with the handling of refunds with the merchant on the member’s behalf. It would be best to check the terms and conditions on the refund process which should be found on the merchant’s site. Please note that the Arrture Points of that particular purchase will not be accrued to your Arrture account if the sales has been cancelled/refunded.

5.4 I placed a purchase but it has not been delivered to me. How do I check the delivery status?

You may check the check your order/delivery status with the merchant from who you have ordered.

Security

6.1 Are my personal details safe?

Your Personal information is kept completely confidential.

6.2 Will I be contacted by any Arrture Mall merchants?

Arrture Mall will not share any personal information about you with our merchants. Please note that when you click a "Shop Now" link to a merchant, you will leave Arrture Mall completely and be subject to that merchant’s Terms & Conditions. If you leave your details with a merchant, they may contact you.

6.3 How are cookies used at Arrture Mall for purchasing any goods/services?

We use cookies to track Arrture Mall purchase so that we can credit your Arrture Account for purchases you make with our merchants. A cookie is a small piece of data used by web servers to help identify web users. Cookies can be turned on and off by you at any time in your web browser menu. Cookies allow us to credit the Arrture Points for any purchase with merchants through Arrture Mall.
It works like a code in the Merchant's website, where it records your Unique ID number and purchase history, this will then be passed back to us.  We will then use this information to match back your details in order for us to credit the points for your purchase.

6.4 How can I check my cookies are turned on?

If you access Arrture Mall via Arrture App, you will not be directed to merchant’s site if your cookies is turn off during that moment. You may check out your mobile settings to enable your cookies.
If you access Arrture Mall via browser,
  • In Internet Explorer, you open up the browser then:
    • go to "Tools",
    • select "Options",
    • under "Privacy" move the settings slider to "Medium" or lower, hit "Ok."
  • In Firefox, you open up the browser then:
    • go to "Tools",
    • select "Options",
    • under "Privacy", select "Accept cookies from sites", hit "Ok."
  • In Safari, you open up the browser then:
    • go to "Edit",
    • select "Preferences",
    • under the "Security" tab in the "Allow Cookies" section, select "Only sites you navigate to", hit "Ok."
  • In Konqueror 3 and 4 (for Linux):
    • select "Configure Konqueror" from the "Settings" menu,
    • in the new Configure Konqueror menu, find and select 'Cookies' from the left side menu (you might need to scroll down the list a bit), to enable,
    • Select "Automatically accept session cookies", hit "Ok."

Arrture Membership

7.1 What should I do if I have forgotten my Arrture Membership ID number or password?

Let us help you. Click forgot membership ID/password link in Login Box to retrieve your Arrture Membership ID number and to retrieve your password. Please note that you have to answer the security questions which were set upon registration.

7.2 What should I do if I have forgotten my security answers and need to reset my password?

You can email your full name, registered email and Arrture Membership ID number to cs@arrture.com and let our dedicated Arrture Member Care Team to assist you. Please note that all emails will be answered within 2 working days. Alternatively, you may contact our 24 hours Arrture Member Care Team Hotline +852 3960 1555 to reset your password at your convenience, please note that this number is not a toll free number and international charges may apply.
